Job Description:

  • Lead the delivery and optimization of the Model N CORE system, focusing on pricing, quoting, and contracting processes within the pharma domain. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on cross-functional projects while driving system performance and automation.

  • Lead Model N CORE (Revitas) implementation projects, including pricing, quoting, contracting, and GP/AP LYNX payment processing

  • Analyze, design, configure, and test business processes across supply chain, order-to-cash, and master data management (MDM)

  • Serve as SME and project manager for cross-functional initiatives; provide advanced support for Model N Pharma products

  • Optimize system batch performance and reduce manual tasks through automation and process improvements

  • Train and guide team members; support UI components such as Customer, Sales, Pricing, Regulatory Compliance, Rebates, and Contracts

Preferred Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to clinical policies, documentation standards, and client care guidelines

  • Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and complete reports within required timelines using established templates and procedures

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to integrate services across environments (e.g., IEPs, ISPs, schools, therapy teams)

  • Maintain clear communication with Program Manager on client needs, service delivery concerns, and professional development boundaries

  • Ensure all documentation and oversight meets BACB, HIPAA, funder, and Center standards
